What to expect at your first visit.
Welcome to our practice! Your first visit with us is far more than a standard dental checkup—it is the start of a personalized partnership focused on your health, comfort, and unique smile goals.
Upon arrival, our welcoming office staff will review your registration details (which can be completed online beforehand to save you time). Once checked in, a dental assistant will escort you to a private treatment room, where you can comfortably discuss your medical history, dental goals, and any prior health records.
Your comprehensive evaluation begins with detailed diagnostic imaging—including low-radiation digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and digital 3D models (if needed). Dr. Wagner will then perform a thorough clinical examination assessing your teeth, gum health, jaw joints, bite alignment, and soft tissues, alongside a routine oral cancer screening. Using an intraoral camera, Dr. Wagner will walk you through his findings in real time so you can see exactly what he sees.
Dr. Wagner and our team will address all of your questions, review personalized treatment recommendations, and establish a preventive hygiene plan tailored to your needs. We want you to step out of our office feeling fully informed, comfortable, and confident in your care.
*If complex or extensive treatment is indicated, a follow-up consultation may be scheduled to review your custom plan in detail.
